Place

The land of our birth always has first claim on our hearts. No matter how far away we Filipinos may go, we always yearn to come back home. Yet, how many of us know the history of our hometowns? There are 118 cities, 1509 municipalities, and 41,939 barangays, scattered over more than 7,100 islands in the Philippines. Each of these places has its own story-- a story that will serve as one of the threads that weave the fabric of our identity as a nation. Tell your stories here on LAHI..
